the brand name of "RAJA". Today, almost two decades
of experience and expertise resulted in the familiarity and
popularity of the brand among OEM and spare market. And now,
the company is a leading manufacturer and wholesale suppliers
of mechanical pump seals. |
 Raja's
Mechanical Seals are mainly designed to suit most of the monoblock
Water Pumps. They are very durable and consist of high quality
(CY2C equivalent) carbon and high Alumina ceramic seal faces. |
| The high Alumina ceramic (95%)
and Carbon seal faces are flush lapped to a flatness within
2 light Bands to have a good sealing effect. Thorough quality
checks are carried out to ensure the fine quality of products. |

| Open Type or RC Type
Mechanical seals are used in widely in Monoblock as well as
Jet Pumps. The design is such that individual worn out parts
in this seal can be replaced. Modularity and more load bearing
capacity are the advantages of this design. |

| Closed type or DRL
type mechanical seals are used only in monoblock pumps. Since
the monoblock pumps are subjected to low head pressure than
jet pumps, these types of seals satisfy the required functional
needs. These types of seals are used in pumps which have compact
space in the housing chamber. |

| The F Type seal is
used in lieu of RC Type where cost is a factor. This seal withstands
less load than the RC Type seals. F Type can be used in monoblock
pumps where RC Type might be expensive. |
